All framed prints and canvas orders are typically processed within **3–7 business days**.
Large wall sets, specialty sizes, or high-demand releases may require additional processing time.
## Shipping Time
After production, most orders arrive within:
- **United States:** 3–7 business days
- **International:** 7–21 business days
Delivery windows may vary depending on location, weather, customs, and carrier conditions.
## Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking email with your shipment details so you can follow your artwork all the way to your door.
## Packaging
All pieces are professionally packaged to help protect your artwork during transit and ensure a gallery-quality unboxing experience.
## Damaged or Lost Orders
If your artwork arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us within **7 days of delivery** at **support@starchildimages.com** with your order number and photos of the issue.
We will work quickly with our fulfillment partner to replace the item or resolve the issue.
