At Starchild Images, each piece is made to order with care and precision to ensure premium quality and presentation.
Because all artwork is custom printed and fulfilled upon purchase, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or buyer preference.
However, we stand behind the quality of every piece. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly replace it at no additional cost.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or there is a printing issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email address] with:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the product and packaging
Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement.
Lost or Missing Orders
If your order appears lost in transit, please contact us so we can investigate with the carrier and assist in resolving the issue.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this window, production may have already begun and cancellations may not be possible.
Color & Print Variations
Please note that slight variations in color may occur due to screen settings and the print process. These are not considered defects.
